ODuring the warranty period, we will provide repair services or spare parts for damage caused by material or manufacturing process problems free of charge, excluding man-made damage.

The design standard of swing check valve is BS 1868/API 6D, the design standard of wafer check valve is API 594, and the design standard of forged check valve is API 602.
We have swing check valve, lift check valve/piston check valve, wafer check valve, lug type check valve, axial flow check valve/nozzle check valve/non slam check valve, tilting check valve, etc.
The check valve designed by BS1868/API6D/API602 has only metal-to-metal seat design, but the wafer check valve designed by API594 has metal-to-metal seat sealing design and soft sealing design.
Wafer dual plate check valve is divided into common type and retainerless type. The retainerless type is better than the common type. The retainerless type not easy to fall off, not easy to leak.
The metal-sealed check valve meets the leakage standard of API598, and the soft-sealed check valve can achieve zero leakage.

We have check valves in BS1868 and AIP594 designs, we can customize on the original valve body according to customer's requirements.
Our soft-sealed wafer check valves can achieve zero leakage. Our hard-sealed check valves are factory pressure tested for zero leakage. According to the standard, the leakage class of the hard seal check valve is Class D.
Our BS1868 designed WCB material swing check valves are available in stock. Stock valve size range are 150LB: 2”~12”, 300LB: 2”~10”, 600LB: 2”~8”
We can produce check valves with 150LB~2500LB pressure.
For small size we have MOQ limit. For big size, 1 piece is okay.
Generally it is 5-10 working days if the goods are in stock. And it is 30-35 working days if produce new ones, it is according to quantity requirement.
The swing check valve can be installed horizontally or vertically, and the lift check valve is recommended to be installed horizontally.
When placing the pipeline, pay attention to the passing direction of the wafer check valve in the same direction as the fluid flow; install it in the pipeline that is placed vertically.
